Therapy Services
All therapeutic services are offered virtually to residents of Michigan, Georgia, and Florida via videoconferencing.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is all about you. You can come to sessions as you are and are welcome to take up as much or as little space as you want. I am comfortable providing a variety of supportive tools for clients including: active and empathic listening, prompting, challenging, skill building, goal setting, and trauma processing. You tell me what you need and I'll show up for you in that way. Individual sessions offer an opportunity to explore and talk about the things you're not comfortable bringing up with anyone else or even unsure how to navigate them on your own. My hope is for my clients to feel unconditionally supported.

Couples/Partners Therapy
Couples and partners of both monogamous and consensual non-monogamous relationships will identify attachment patterns and communication styles to discover their blind spots in their relationship. Individuals will share with their partner a manual on themselves so their partner can become an expert on them. Couples and partners will learn how to move through a state of disharmony to repair, restoration, back to a harmonious state.

Family Therapy
You're welcome to attend family therapy with anyone and everyone in your family. That includes family by blood relation, adopted family, family by marriage, and chosen family. I welcome nuclear families, blended, compounded, child-free, single parent, and multiple generations of family members. We'll focus on the goals for your relationship(s) which might include strengthening connection, healing old wounds, and improving communication. I want for us to work together to create a nurturing and supportive environment for all parties.

Group Therapy
Group therapy can be a wonderful space to find a supportive community. You'll have the opportunity to share your experiences, learn from others, and develop new perspectives. There are no participation requirements. All I ask is for you to actively attend as regularly as possible. Active attendance can look like observing more and participating less if you are more comfortable that way. Come as you are.
